About the Role
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of luxury fashion and e-commerce experts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
- Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.
- Take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries.
- Help consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.
- Meet or exceed department goals and objectives, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A passion for luxury fashion and e-commerce.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in software tools, including CRM systems and email management tools.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working with luxury brands or high-end fashion retailers.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, including current and emerging trends.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online shopping systems.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
- Base pay ranging from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
