As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You will be responsible for managing order processing, working with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email, and handling incoming calls and emails from customers addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly. **Responsibilities:** * Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. * Work with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve queries, provide product information, and address concerns. * Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Collaborate with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems. * Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time. * Maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. * Answer pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to our customers. * Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes, ensuring that our customers are aware of any changes to their contracts. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner. * Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred. * Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. * Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Effective working in teams to achieve the department's objectives. * Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, such as consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring documentation for export is correct. **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision offerings. * Weekly direct deposit. * Paid holidays and personal time off. * 401(k) with match. * Voluntary life and AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, and other voluntary coverages. * Prepaid legal and employee assistance programs. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
