**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with each interaction
* Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to resolve non-standard, unstructured issues
* Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from responsible parties, and address client queries regarding delinquent accounts
* Develop repayment plans and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
* Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
* Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking databases
* Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
* Live within 25 to 30 miles of our Arnold, MO site
