**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our part-time team, working Saturday and Sunday shifts from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process customer orders via telephone, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous responses
* Solve routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed
* Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
* Document activity in our DDF system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Consistently check DDF screens for report results to call back to customers
* Display the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process
* Operate the phone system effectively, handling an average of 110 customer interactions per 8-hour shift after 4 months in the position
* Adhere to work schedule and perform other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating the ability to perform different tasks and retain knowledge for cross-training purposes
* Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in typing (35-40 words per minute)
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for both external and internal customers
* Solid communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
* Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
* Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to change
* High school diploma or equivalent required; medical terminology experience preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Familiarity with medical terminology
* High-speed internet access for remote work
