As a key member of our Southeast Platform, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders and prospects by answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. If you possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and have a good understanding of insurance products and services, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** * Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from policyholders and prospects in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products, coverage, and policies, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their options. * Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and effectively, minimizing delays and ensuring seamless customer experiences. * Investigate and resolve policyholder complaints, billing issues, and claims inquiries in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. * Assist policyholders in filing claims and provide guidance on claim procedures, ensuring that customers receive the support they need throughout the claims process. * Handle escalated customer service issues and collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update policyholder information as required, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and secure. * Promote additional insurance products and services to policyholders, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. * Bilingual skills considered a plus, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. * Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a strong understanding of policy terms and conditions. * Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools to manage customer interactions and data. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to resolve complex problems and achieve shared goals. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to resolve complex problems and achieve shared goals. * Ability to maintain accurate records and update customer information as required, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and secure. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
