Here are just a few of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform: * **Engage directly with customers**: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, including pharmacy-related inquiries and concerns. * **Research and problem-solve**: You'll use your critical thinking skills to research and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. * **Go above and beyond**: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions that meet their needs. * **Follow up and follow through**: You'll be responsible for following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they're satisfied with the outcome. **What You'll Need:** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
