As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for responding to their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues they may have. This is a 100% remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls and emails from customers within a 48-hour turnaround time * Assisting customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues * Collecting copays and deductible payments * Maintaining and updating customer and referral information * Ensuring patient forms contain all necessary billing information * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare customers * Collaborating with our RCM Customer Service Team Lead to resolve complex customer issues * Staying up-to-date with our products and services, and being able to provide accurate information to our customers **Education and Experience** This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, but we often prefer candidates with an associate degree or higher.
