Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of our customers and patients by providing an omnichannel experience, with fully integrated physical and digital platforms supported by cutting-edge technology. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry position, you will be responsible for: * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing. * Investigating to acquire missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Settling all data entry related to special cases. * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation. * Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Settling phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions. * Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the correct area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $27-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization. * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Flexible remote work arrangement. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
