Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Golden, CO. As a full-time employee, you'll work Monday to Friday, with flexible 8-hour shift schedules between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. You'll have the opportunity to telecommute (work from home) if you reside within 30 miles of our office location. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, navigating multiple Electronic Health Record systems, and supporting patients, providers, and specialty offices.

For Colorado residents, the hourly range for this role is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
