Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being has earned us a reputation as a leader in our field. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients and their customers. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring that all interactions are timely, professional, and resolution-focused. Your primary duties will include: * Handling a high volume of customer calls and emails, providing clear and concise information to resolve customer inquiries and issues * Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and follow up on customer resolutions * Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans * Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues * Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies * Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems * Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues * Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of students and alumni **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for advancement and professional growth * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on employee well-being and development * Company-provided equipment and training to ensure your success in the role * The chance to work from home (WFH) and enjoy a better work-life balance **Training and Development** As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
