**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide timely and precise communication
* Collecting and entering orders for our products
* Fields customer questions and concerns while ensuring appropriate actions are taken to develop resolutions
* Manages flow of sales orders for internal sales partners and confirms accuracy
* Maintains customer records in CRM and other business systems
* Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals
* Assists with various projects and other duties as needed

**Work Environment**
This job operates in a professional office environment, either in our office or remotely from your home. You'll be required to use standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This role is largely sedentary, with some lifting required during set up and tear down of trade shows (up to 50 pounds).

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**
Some flexibility in hours is allowed and required, but you must be available on most days during normal working hours. Position is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.

Very limited out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be needed on an annual basis for team meetings.
**Required Education and Experience**
* AA degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proven customer support experience with ability to adapt/respond to different situations
* Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented
* Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience in B2B setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems
* Familiar with Zendesk and Asana
