You'll work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for seamless communication, training, and meetings. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and detailed responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern * Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling * Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions * Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers * Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and service providers * Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern * Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous * Track multiple issues at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and provide technical support to customers and service providers * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment * Knowledge of customer service software and technology * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses * Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and provide technical support * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
