As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from internal and external customers, providing scheduling support and resolutions to internal workgroups, and delivering world-class customer service. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling approximately 100-150 inbound calls from internal and external customers daily * Providing scheduling support and resolutions to internal workgroups, including appointment reschedules, confirmations, and general inquiries * Making decisions to dispatch technicians when on-site service is required * Utilizing customer service skills to navigate complex scenarios and achieve customer satisfaction * Effectively multi-tasking to resolve customer inquiries and prevent escalation * Resolving customer inquiries related to SMS Text appointment confirmations and/or confirm site readiness as needed **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering world-class service * Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability * Ability to type at least 45 wpm * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient with prioritizing decisions based upon multiple criteria and identifiable standards of policies and procedures * Proficient with aspects of Microsoft Office * General technical knowledge **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous customer service experience in a call center environment * Experience with scheduling software and systems * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
