**Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly. You'll foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls
* Addressing parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner
* Fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction
* Serving as the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly
**Work Hours and Environment**
* Work from the comfort of your own home or a designated remote workspace
* Flexible schedule with 30-40 hours/week (Contractor)
* 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time)

**What We're Looking For**
* Previous customer service or customer-facing related experience is highly desired
* Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team
* Strong verbal and written communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs
* Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses
* Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, education)
* Experience in the education industry or a related field
* Knowledge of customer service software and tools
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
