Since then, we have grown to provide a full suite of Education FinTech services, including Cohort Repayment Management, Employer Student Loan Benefits, Default Prevention & Recovery, Student Enrollment Management, and Alumni Placement Verification Services. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide clear verbal and written communications, and utilize our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for updating records with current demographic and contact information, notating all interactions, and initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** * Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs * Ability to use telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers * Provide timely and professional response to all written communication * Properly utilize CRM system for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution * Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations * Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions * Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans * Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content * Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry * Adhere to the client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies * Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals **What You Need to Be a Successful Customer Service Associate** * Be passionate in the work you do and the people you help * Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers * Attention to detail * Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment * Must be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation * Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems * Ability to trouble-shoot common computer issues **Why Join Our Team?** * arenaflex is an employee-driven organization where honest open communication and feedback is embraced.
