**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support

**Essential Qualifications:**
