**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
* Manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations with high accuracy
* Researching requests/inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status, and return status
* Directing questions to the proper person/department, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
* Completing general office duties, including filing, faxing, and copying
* Providing support to all Reseller Accounts, Consumers, Tech, and Field Sales as required
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1 to 3 years of customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, Call Center experience preferred
* Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
