**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative / Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, promoting and selling our products and services, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. You'll work closely with our clients and customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and exceed their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide extraordinary experiences to existing customers through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving
* Effectively promote and sell our products and services to customers, overcoming any reluctance or objections
* Read and communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing

**Qualification Requirements**
* High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
* Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
* Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
* Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
**Requirements for Working Remotely**
* Hard-wired internet connection (no WiFi)
* Agent-provided equipment, including a computer, headset, mouse, and keyboard
* A secure room with no outside sound, and a dedicated workspace
* A Windows 10+ operating system, with 25GB+ available disk space
* A 2.4GHz+ quad-core processor, with 8GB+ RAM
* Dual 19" monitors (preferred)
* Internet speed of 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload (minimum)
* A USB computer headset with a mute button (cannot be wireless)
* A mouse and keyboard
* A desk and chair
