- Office Rotation Days: Tuesday, Thursday & every other Friday

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing Customer Inquiries: Handle product complaints and inquiries efficiently through phone queues and various communication channels, ensuring each customer receives timely and accurate responses
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the interaction
- Documentation & Database Management: Accurately update customer databases with pertinent details, interaction notes, and product information to maintain comprehensive records
- Escalation Management: Assess issue severity and escalate complex problems to appropriate supervisors or departments as needed, ensuring each customer receives the best possible resolution

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

- Comfortable with hybrid work schedule (office + remote)
