**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions
* Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
* Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
+ In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
* A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app for company communications
* Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
