**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Caremark Member Operations division, serving millions of plan members across the country. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide personalized support, navigating complex health care systems to ensure members receive the care they need
* Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and provide solutions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, ensuring high-quality service and member satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* At least 6 months of health care experience
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, expressing assurance and confidence
