**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. This is a fully remote position that requires a flexible and action-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through phone and email.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers
* Assist customers with their orders, resolving issues and answering questions
* Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team to escalate pain points and improve customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
* Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
* Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
