**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient way
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
* Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution
* Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
* Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions
* Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
* Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
* Friendly, confident, and self-starting personality
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Positive and quick troubleshooter with a can-do attitude
**Qualifications**
While experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with:
* 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
* 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
* Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
* Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
* Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
