**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Our dedicated team of leaders and peers will support you every step of the way, providing guidance and resources to help you succeed.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns
* Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer needs and preferences
* Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
