**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you will be responsible for:
* **Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers**: Providing timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
* **Professionally responding to customer inquiries**: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
* **Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management**: Recognizing and addressing critical issues that require escalation and reporting to senior management.

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* **1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality.
* **1 year of call center (preferred)**: Experience working in a call center environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
* **Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs (required)**: Familiarity with computer navigation, typing speed, and basic computer skills.
* **Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)**: Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* **Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah**: Must be a resident of one of these states to be eligible for this role.
