You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. You will receive the necessary training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience * Learn more about health care and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex **Work from Home Flexibility** arenaflex offers Work from Home flexibility if you meet the criteria, including: * Maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements * Secure workspace free from distractions * Successful completion of the training program * Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance **Training and Development** arenaflex has a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team, including: * Virtual training of a minimum of 6 weeks after 2 days of onsite new colleague orientation * Hands-on learning while interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1 * Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and WFH positions **Schedule Options** arenaflex offers flexible work schedules, including: * Full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week * Days off and hours may vary based on business needs * Schedule options designed to create a flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work **Benefits and Compensation** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * A wide range of supplemental benefits and discount programs * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay * Paid holidays throughout the calendar year * Number of paid holidays, sick time, and other time off provided consistent with relevant state law and arenaflex policies **Pay Rates** Pay rates start at $17.50, with a typical pay range of $17.00 - $25.65. **Required Qualifications** * 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * At least 6 months of health care experience **Education** High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred. **Application Process** Our application process is 2 simple steps: 1.
