**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their inquiries
* Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other communication
* Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
* Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally
* Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
* Proven verbal and written communication skills a must
* Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
* Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
* Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
* Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
