**Key Responsibilities**

* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
* Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
* A dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed)
* The ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
