As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about customer service and dedicated to excellence. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. You'll provide product education, handle a wide variety of questions, and ensure a world-class customer experience. **Schedule and Work Environment** The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST. You'll work in a remote setting, and we offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that's perfect for those who value work-life balance. **Pay Range and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. As a full-time or part-time employee working 20 or more hours per week, you'll be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, and 401(K) plans * ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) * Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO) * Commissions and Company bonus where applicable **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly **Job Duties and Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll: * Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients * Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures * Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Provide additional customer education and information as needed * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellence **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
