**Your Role**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll take ownership of your own clients, becoming an expert in the best practices of practice management. You'll provide consultative advice, lead successful projects to drive change, and function as a crucial link between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Creating and owning a quarterly success strategy for your customer portfolio, identifying churn risks, and maximizing revenue with healthy accounts
* Building strong relationships with customers, using empathy to understand their challenges and driving value with arenaflex
* Becoming a product expert for our Invoicing & Payments product and acting as the regional resource to help train and manage customers through to adoption
* Managing upcoming customer renewals and staying up to date with our Product Roadmap
* Monitoring customer health and usage metrics to work proactively and advocating for customers internally
* Providing important customer insights to other departments, such as Product, Sales, and Support
**Key Metrics**
Your success will be measured by key metrics such as Retention and Expansion, typically reported as Net Growth or NDR.
**About You**
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who:
* Is physically based in the US and confident working autonomously in a remote role, with occasional travel to customer offices (approximately 5-10% of your time)
* Has experience in a B2B SaaS enablement role (Success, Services, Consulting, Training, Account Management) with a track record of success
* Is a strategic thinker who can play-to-win and is comfortable carrying a target
* Has great relationship building skills, excellent communication & presentation skills, and is tenacious and curious
* Is effective in project management, including the ability to manage resources on a cross-functional team
