**About the Role**
As a Customer Success Specialist (L1 Support) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing comprehensive support via phone, chat, email, and remote access to customers
* Offering technical support (hardware and IT/Server/Network related) to customers
* Working on the support task list in Zendesk
* Defining, reporting, and following up on issues, and documenting solutions in Zendesk to keep track of history and statistics
* Reporting news or issues in team meetings or to the Team Leader
* Reporting product errors in internal tools in English
* Participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and information
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Ongoing or complete bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
* Proven track record in a customer service role
* Solid experience in ERP Support
* Knowledge of remote support tools
* Experience with CRM or ticket systems, preferably Zendesk
* Proficiency in Excel
* Advanced English (C1+)
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Experience with SQL
**Nice to Have**
While not required, having the following skills and experience would be a plus:
* Accounting knowledge
