**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate our online course platform. Your responsibilities will include:
* Learning our software product and providing expert support to customers via email, chat, or phone
* Collaborating with our founder and other team members to develop and maintain comprehensive help center documentation
* Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, helping us to identify and resolve problems before they affect our customers
* Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve our product and support processes
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in native-like English, with excellent writing and communication skills
* Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally with experience in this space)
* Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its role in website setup and management (familiarity with CNAME and CAA DNS records is a plus)
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
