**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participating in weekly and impromptu BASN outreach group gatherings to stay informed and aligned with company initiatives
* Arranging and documenting records in Microsoft Groups and Offer Point destinations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Helping the client outreach group in creating PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate with customers
* Continuously stocking our top retail accounts, including daily pack-outs, store building, resets, and refreshing evaluating focuses to align with product advancements
* Supporting field marketing initiatives through in-store demos, event activation, and key special actions
* Precisely reporting time, costs, and other daily/weekly/monthly administrative work and synopsis recaps to the Chief of your area
* Effectively completing the BODYARMOR Assistant Program, including weekly student-driven gatherings, final project showcase, weekly studios, and attending our annual culmination in NY
* Supporting additional impromptu activities as mentioned
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong educational background, preferably having completed at least the junior year of a school program or having recently graduated with a certificate
* Residency in the Northwest Arkansas region, with the ability to drive within that area
* A reliable vehicle for this job
* Solid research, creative thinking, planning, organizing, and critical thinking skills
* Enthusiasm for understanding buyer behavior
* Strong integrity, self-motivation, and a cooperative attitude
* Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a constantly changing environment
* Ability to travel (~40% of time) via plane or vehicle
* A valid and substantial driver's license required
* Ability to hold and maintain a valid driver's license and drive significant distances
* Engine Vehicle Records should meet Organization guidelines per Driving Strategy
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in customer support or a related field
* Knowledge of Microsoft Groups and Offer Point destinations
* Familiarity with PowerPoint and other presentation software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Experience with field marketing initiatives and in-store demos
