**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving customer inquiries, interacting with clients and internal teams, and providing ongoing support on website navigation and technical issues. **Responsibilities**
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services
* Interact with customers, Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions
* Provide ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues
* Log all calls and support requests
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and effective support
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
* Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
* Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
* Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
* Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Hourly rate: $19-22 per hour + uncapped performance-based commission
