**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering customer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses
* Resolving customer problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to supervisors or managers
* Fulfilling customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the relevant teams
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our call center database by entering information and documenting customer interactions
* Updating your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, knowledge management, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Developing and implementing reporting requirements as directed by supervisors or managers
* Handling Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assisting other team members as needed
* Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities to ensure that our high standards are met
