You'll be responsible for administering non-emergent medical transportation benefits for members, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist callers with scheduling transportation to and from appointments, medical, pharmacy, and other related services * Administer non-emergent medical transportation benefits for members * Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (required) * Demonstrated passion for outstanding customer focus * High School Diploma or equivalent (required) * Six months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry (preferred) * Adept at navigating ambiguous customer situations * Routinely demonstrates listening skills and is attentive to customer needs * Skilled at customer engagement * Maintains composure across a variety of customer and peer interactions * Embodies approachability with peers and customers alike * Delivered consistent results in previous roles * Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple, different work streams and tools * Ability to work independently with limited supervision * Exhibits patience during complex customer issues * Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers * Ability to type in excess of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment * Familiarity with medical transportation benefits and related services * Experience working with a variety of software applications and tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
