**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to technical and non-technical service inquiries from clients, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's software solutions
* Identifying root causes of client issues and resolving them efficiently, exceeding client expectations on response quality and timeliness
* Collaborating with the development team to provide critical system issue updates and feedback
* Creating and reviewing knowledge base content to promote support scalability and improve self-service capabilities
* Providing technical mentoring to clients and educating the team on prominent product information, releases, bugs, and status updates
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, pushing creative thinking to drive process improvements
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* 6 months of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
* 1 year of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
* Help desk or contact center experience (required)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Passion for customer success and experience, with a focus on putting the client first
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize caseload effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Adherence to all company confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA
**Schedule and Work Environment**
* Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
