We're committed to helping our employees achieve their full potential and reach their career goals. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues to improve our processes and services **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences and are passionate about making a positive impact.
