Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a support or service role
- 2-year Associate's degree or 4-year College degree in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling responses to user inquiries
- Experience in chat support or a related field, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms strongly preferred
- Patient and compassionate approach to handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required
