If you're fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2), we encourage you to apply. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian, Russian, and English * Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues * Develop efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience * Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex policies and procedures * Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets and improve processes **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2) * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (not required but a plus) * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technical support or a related field * Knowledge of Samsung products or services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
