**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in optimal condition. This is a part-time opportunity, working 8 hours per week, with flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering product-related queries
* Troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines, ensuring they are in good working condition
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers at the right temperature
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Remain positive, work collaboratively with colleagues, and create exceptional customer-centric experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed

* Previous experience in customer support or technical repair
