**What We Are Looking For**
We are seeking a well-rounded Data Analyst with a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to join our Customer Success Analytics team. As a remote role, this position will support our Engagement Managers, provide technical expertise, and improve our code base. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical expertise to Engagement Managers, answering analytics questions, and summarizing results
* Analyze data to discover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other concerns to drive value for customers
* Validate customer concerns and develop solutions, responses, or recommendations
* Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data
* Working with large amounts of data by writing and editing SQL queries
* Maintaining and improving data pipelines written in Python, ideally with experience using the Kedro framework
* Developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) is a plus and a huge differentiator
* Automotive or telematics data experience is a plus
**Security and Privacy Responsibilities**
* Follow arenaflex's policy and procedure documents related to security and privacy
* Follow the guidelines in the Employee Handbook
* Follow the OWASP Top 10 guidelines when implementing and reviewing code
* Participate in new hire and annual training for security and privacy
* Treat data security and privacy as one of your primary job responsibilities
* Report Security Incidents you discover as bugs
* Get approval from the Security Team before adding new 3rd party software to our codebase
* Explicitly consider security implications when doing PR reviews
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3-6 years of experience working as a full-time data analyst
* Proficient in Python
* Comfortable exploring and answering questions with data and SQL
* Experience owning a project from design to implementation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning)
* Automotive or telematics data experience
