Position Overview: Data Analyst - E2E Delivery

What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst specializing in End-to-End Delivery at arenaflex, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our delivery operations, ensuring that customers receive their orders quickly and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct spontaneous research and analysis to address emerging questions and challenges in delivery operations, providing timely insights to key stakeholders.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations that track key performance metrics related to capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation.
- Insight Generation: Develop actionable insights and recommendations that help position arenaflex's delivery platform as one of the fastest and most reliable in the country.
- Data Storytelling: Present findings in clear, compelling narratives that connect the "what" with the "why," helping business leaders understand the implications of data trends.
- Test Design and Measurement: Plan, design, and measure retail tests and experiments, including new customer initiatives such as expedited shipping options.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify the primary reasons for delivery delays, late deliveries, and other operational issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and understand the differences in performance across stores, markets, and regions to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Collaborative Investigation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data from multiple sources, supporting investigations of key business initiatives.
- Statistical Testing: Lead exploratory research involving hypothesis testing and fundamental statistical analysis to validate findings and recommendations.
- Process Automation: Automate recurring tasks and develop processes that monitor, analyze, and alert key stakeholders to important trends and anomalies.
