What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst – Partner Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our partner success operations. Your main focus will be supporting our publisher and distributor partners, helping them optimize their advertising performance, and driving business growth through our platform solutions.
Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Client Support & Optimization: You'll provide exceptional support to our business clients by analyzing their performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that help improve their advertising ROI.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create comprehensive reports and conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for partner growth. You'll use your analytical skills to turn raw data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Service Excellence: Maintain high service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals, timeliness benchmarks, and efficiency targets. You'll be the go-to person for partners when they need technical or strategic guidance.
- Platform Performance: Support the performance and optimization of arenaflex's automatic advertising business and platform solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure our partners get the most out of our tools.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert consultation and technical support to our global merchant and distributor teams. Help them navigate complex advertising challenges and find the best solutions for their needs.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the research and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products. Identify opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth partner experience.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role that involved client interaction and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about digital advertising ecosystems.
Preferred Skills & Experience
While not required, the following skills and experience would be highly valued:
- Hands-on experience with ad serving or advertising management platforms (such as Google Ad Manager, AdMob, DV360, or similar solutions).
- Experience streamlining operational processes through automation, workflow optimization, or process improvement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of online advertising solutions, including ad serving, campaign management, and key platforms and trends (desktop, mobile, video).
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience working in a changing industry with the ability to adapt quickly and perform well within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding concepts.
