* **Processing Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) Orders**: You'll work with Excel to process orders efficiently and accurately, using macro and non-macro techniques to streamline your workflow.
* **Handling Incoming Paper Orders**: You'll receive and process incoming paper orders from both consumers and the Corporate Sales Division, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
* **Managing Incoming Communications**: You'll handle incoming communications from customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
* **Maintaining Business and Product Knowledge**: You'll use available resources to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of our offerings and can provide expert advice to customers.
* **Typing at Least 35 Words per Minute and Ensuring Excellent Spelling and Grammar**: You'll be responsible for typing at least 35 words per minute, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You'll also ensure that all written communications are free from errors in spelling and grammar.
