Our team is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Position Overview** As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients, and we are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. * Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. * Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. * Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. * Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. * Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. * Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. * Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. * Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. * Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. * Perform related work as required. **Required Qualifications and Skills** * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. * Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. * Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. * Bilingual in Spanish preferred. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Experience with database management and data entry software. **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** * Experience working with diverse populations and communities. * Knowledge of energy assistance programs and services. * Familiarity with Monday.com and other database management systems. * Experience with data analysis and reporting. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. **Benefits and Perks** * Health, Dental, FSA, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to take care of your well-being. * Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous time off to relax and recharge. * Hybrid Work Opportunities: Benefit from a flexible work environment that suits your lifestyle. * Student Loan Forgiveness: We're here to help ease your student loan burden. * Tuition Remission: Invest in your education with our tuition remission program. * Employer-Sponsored Retirement: Secure your future with our retirement plan contributions. * Pet Insurance: Ensure your furry friends receive the best care. * Employee Discounts: Access exclusive discounts and perks. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits and perks to support their well-being and personal growth.
