Delta Professional Services (DPS) is a strategic partner for Delta Air Lines and other clients, providing top-notch flight training and standards services. As a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, DPS is dedicated to delivering high-quality training experiences for 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air Carrier Pilots. Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Data Entry Professional for Delta Airlines, you will play a critical role in supporting Fleet Common Programs, including the Delta Captain Leadership Program (DCLC) and Pilot Indoctrination. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supporting instructor activities with Fleet Common Programs for DCLC and Pilot Indoctrination
- Managing the monthly instructor schedule and student roster for DCLC
- Collaborating with core instructor teams to coordinate course updates
- Maintaining strong relationships with Training Development/Media Manager, Analytics Manager, and key stakeholders
- Supporting in-classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot Leadership programs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with pilots, instructors, and other stakeholders
- Presenting organized briefings and leading interactive discussions
- Adhering to approved curricula and managing logistical aspects of classroom training
- Providing excellent customer service and soliciting feedback from attendees
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- A high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
- Airline Transport Pilot certificates with Aircraft Multiengine Land class
- A minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air Carrier
- Familiarity with technology required for the role, including Apple iPad, MS PowerPoint, and company information systems
- Ability to prioritize safety and security, and maintain a high level of professionalism
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working with diverse groups and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Delta Air Lines' policies, procedures, and culture
