**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency
* Monitoring WAN links for stability
* Monitoring routers, switches, and network appliances
* Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and load balancers
* Alerts and log monitoring
* Preventative health checks
* Incident management
* Reporting
* Administering security and IAM
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or GED
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
* Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
* Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
* Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field
* Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Powershell, Bash, Developer Tools, Wireshark, ServiceNow, Network Appliances, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, Middleware, logs/alerts, Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, Network Monitoring Systems, Network Diagnostic Commands, Incident management tools, and ITSL Processes & Tools
* Experience working in a remote learning environment
