**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into Xero, reconciling payments, and ensuring that our financial records are up-to-date and accurate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately enter contact lists from one platform into Xero
* Reconcile payments on Xero to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
* Remove unreconciled payments from Xero and re-reconcile with the correct tax rate
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial data
* Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or a related field
* Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with financial reconciliation and tax compliance
* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g. Xero Certified Advisor)
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
