**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Analyzing and mitigating data protection and privacy risks across arenaflex's global operations
* Developing and implementing data protection and privacy policies and procedures
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
* Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for data protection and privacy improvements
* Providing training and support to arenaflex employees on data protection and privacy best practices
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy
* A deep understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
* The ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Reliable and punctual attendance is a must
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* CISA certification
* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
* Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
* Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
* Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
* Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or overall effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program
